Social Security Fund for employees of the Ministry of Interior signed a memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD), aimed at strengthening ways of cooperation and providing “ Fazaa” card services.

MoU was signed by Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of SHRD and Colonel Ahmed Mohamed Buharoon, General Director of Social Security Fund for employees of the Ministry of Interior. 

The memorandum of Understanding aimed at participating in the services of the Fazaa programme for the employees from the authorities, bodies and institutions of the Sharjah government in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in MoU, in order to obtain the benefits provided by the programme inside and outside the country. 

According to the MoU, the beneficiary employees will be able to register in the Fazaa programme via the electronic application to obtain the programme’s digital card.

The "Fazaa" card includes a set of discounts, services and offers from Fazaa stores, which include more than 6,000 subsidised food and consumer goods, and discounts of more than 3,500 brands and others.

Commenting on that, Dr. Tariq Sultan bin Khadem expressed his happiness for this significant partnership with Social Security Fund for employees of the Ministry of Interior in providing “ Fazaa” card through which it attains a decent life for employees and their families. 

For his part, Colonel Ahmed Mohamed Buharoon, General Director of the Fund, underscored the Fund’s keenness in strengthening partnerships with other entities with the aim enhancing the quality of life for the Emirati community.
